About Me

Dr Purnima Tiwari is a senior Gynaecologist specializing in Infertility and IVF treatment and has more than 10 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She did her MBBS from the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, and post-graduation MS (OBGY) from the Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. She also passed the DNB examination in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She has cleared the prestigious MRCOG part 1 and part 2 examinations from the United Kingdom. She did a clinical fellowship in Minimal Access and Laparoscopic Surgery from SNUBH, Seoul, Republic of South Korea. She received training in Minimally Invasive & Laparoscopic Surgery and Robotic Surgery at Fondazione I.R.C.C.S. Policlinico San Matteo, Pavia, Italy. She also completed training in Gynaecologic Oncology from Allgemeines Krankenhaus (Vienna General Hospital), Vienna, Austria. She has worked in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at the prestigious AIIMS Bhopal and AIIMS Nagpur for three years. She is an associate member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, UK.

She did the FOGSI Fellowship in Ultrasound, Infertility (IVF), and Laparoscopic Surgery from Omega Hospital, Nagpur (one of the highest volume IVF centers of Central India). She also completed Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (IVF) from Omega Hospital, Nagpur. She has done Advanced Diploma in ART & Reproductive Medicine from University of Schleswig-Holstein-Kiel, Germany. She has completed a Diploma Course in the Fundamentals in Reproductive Genetics [Accredited by European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME)].
